ACCUSMILE
The Aligner Service from FORESTADENT
The Accusmile® service from FORESTADENT allows orthodontic practices the need-based digital planning, and fabrication of aligners. Digitizing the models, treatment planning, 3D printing of the arches to deep-drawing the aligners – the practice decides about the relevant share of the value-added chain and, thus, the pace of introducing digital alignment treatment. You are always in control of the process.
With Accusmile®, treatment proposals for detailed case consultations and planning with the patient can be realized in a clear and easy way. Should an aligner get lost or become damaged during the treatment, that is no problem. Because the printed arches remain in the practice, a new aligner can be deep-drawn in no time in the practice (or by FORESTADENT). Besides, short-term changes in the treatment course can be realized, should the intended therapeutic progress not come about as quickly as it should.

Step nr. 1
Starting treatment with Accusmile begins in your practice with a carefully taken upper and lower jaw imprint.
You can take your print digitally or with a print that is subsequently converted to digital.
Step nr. 2
After receiving the treatment files and instructions, specialists in Germany will come up with a treatment plan for you.
You will receive the proposed plan for approval. A video animation of the tooth movement will also be produced.
Step nr. 3
Printing 3D models. After your confirmation, we will print the 3d models or send you an open file for printing at your
local lab. We use Forestadent Track V thermoforming unit to make the supports.
Step nr. 4
Production of braces. Based on the printed models, we will provide you with the number of supports you want.

Step nr. 5
From your part, the patient will receive the braces. We recommend that the braces be worn for 20-22 hours a day.
Step nr. 6
If necessary, you can have your teeth re-imprinted at any time during treatment.
The reprint is included in the cost of the treatment plan.
ACCUGUIDE
Insertion mold for orthodontic palatal miniscrews
The Accuguide insertion mold assists with the placement of orthodontic palatal miniscrews. Planning software is used to simulate the ultimate position of the OrthoEasy® miniscrews on the computer and manufacture a custom 3D insertion aid. Your treatment plan is implemented by a specialist team of orthodontists and technicians. Once this aid has been completed, you can navigate your way to inserting the FORESTADENT miniscrews with the guidance of the mold.
